Shipping Coverage/배송 지역

We currently offer shipping within South Korea only.
현재 대한민국 전 지역으로만 배송 서비스를 제공하고 있습니다.

Shipping Fee Policy/배송비 정책

  • Free shipping for orders of 50,000₩ or more within South Korea.

  • 3,000₩ flat-rate shipping fee for orders below 50,000₩.

  • 대한민국 내 5만 원 이상 구매 시 무료 배송이 적용됩니다.

  • 5만 원 미만 주문 시 배송비 3,000원이 부과됩니다.

Shipping & Delivery Time/배송 처리 및 소요 기간

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day after order confirmation.

  • Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.

  • 주문 확인 후 1영업일 이내 출고를 원칙으로 합니다.

  • 출고 후 1–2영업일 내 배송 완료됩니다.

Order Tracking/배송 조회

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an SMS or email containing your tracking number.
배송 시작 시, 운송장 번호가 포함된 문자 또는 이메일이 발송됩니다. 해당 번호로 배송 상태를 조회하실 수 있습니다.

Possible Delivery Delays/배송 지연 안내

Delivery may be delayed due to peak seasons, holidays, weather disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
성수기, 명절, 기상 악화 또는 기타 불가항력 사유로 배송이 지연될 수 있습니다. 이 점 양해 부탁드립니다.

Incorrect Address / Delivery Failures/오배송 및 반송 관련 안내

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-delivery fees may apply.
주소 오류 또는 수령인 부재로 반송될 경우, 재배송 비용이 청구될 수 있습니다.
